Shortly after the purchase of my Raptor, I ordered a 2024 manual from Quikby Garage on Ebay, as the 2025 manual hadn't been released yet.
Just in case anyone finds themselves curious:
Ebay 2024: 7 7/8 X 5 3/16 637 pages
Illustrations are high contrast, but slightly pixelated. There's slight banding, as well; as if the machine was running out of toner. Materials are not of the highest quality, but good enough. The spine showed up with those wrinkles from the factory; that's not from me opening it. It is larger than the 2025 manual from Helm Incorporated, but the actual printing area is identical. It simply features larger margins.
Of note is that they've printed the spine, as well as included the model year of the vehicle.
Helm Incorporated 2025: 7 1/4 X 5 3/8 638 pages
Illustrations are higher quality than the Ebay manual, and slightly lower contrast. It appears this printer is capable of more nuance. Materials are slightly higher quality, as well, but most probably wouldn't notice the difference. Only a slight wrinkle is present on one end of the spine. Surprisingly, it does not feature spine printing or an indication of the model year.
Here are some shots showing the differences I can show, as it's not reasonable to take pictures of the pages themselves. The things just won't stay open.
