How to clean headliner and interior B pillar?

Hi,
Delayed getting the recall work done because I didn’t want my vehicle to be a sample case on how to do the work. Had it done today and told the service advisor “ no scratches no smudges right?” Any recommendations on cleaning this and am I overreacting?

That is discussing and unacceptable. Take it back and demand that they fix it. But I have to ask, didn’t you see it when you picked the truck? You should have mentioned it then.

That's terrible. What sloppy work. Definitely bring it back and DEMAND they clean it properly. Hard to believe a tech would just leave it like that.
