2 different shipping dates. Email says 5/25/2024, exactly 2 months after it was Built. The Tracker jumped from "Built 3/25/2024" back to "Order Confirmed" a while back, now it says "Shipped 5/15/2024."

Don't really care on way or the other. It will get there when it gets there.

My dealer called me in the morning on 5/23 saying the truck had arrived and they were completing the PDI. The Ford tracker hadn't even updated to shipped yet and was reset to Order Confirmed. I think it probably shipped the day it kicked back to Order Confirmed after showing Built.

Just got a call from my salesman. My RR was shipped last Tuesday and I could get it as early as this Friday. Blend date 5/16.

So I canceled my RR order, for multiple reasons. The main being health. I've had back issues for years, 8 surgeries, 4 rods, a plate and 28 screws. It keeps me upright and walking, so I'm not complaining. But the last couple of months, the lumbar, thigh, and calf pain has made it difficult to walk, let alone work, and it's cost me a lot of money treating the pain. Physical Therapy, medication, examinations, massages, etc etc. It's hit my budget really hard, and ate up my vacation time.

Meanwhile, my RR sits in limbo somewhere, having been built on 3/25, and I haven't heard any kind of update. The dealer communication has been lacking. Add to that, all the QA issues I've heard about on the earlier builds, I think I'll wait until it gets worked out some.

Then there's the issue of work, scheduling, and having my brother come along. We had planned on this trip during May, and no truck. So he had to go back to work, and he won't be available until mid July. As we live in Alaska, once everything's lined up, it will make for a nice vacation to find a truck in the lower 48 and drive it back.

But right now, it's much easier for me to just drop the order, and shop for a new one once I can get everything resolved. Treatment seems to be helping with my back pain, and hopefully the expenses subside some, but I'm not getting any indication that my 1k deposit on the truck will be returned.

Please don't take this as me complaining, I see people with real life issues all of the time, and consider myself lucky considering I could have ended up in a wheelchair. It's just a statement of facts that have caused me to put my RR Adventure on hold.

So, if anyone comes across a Black RR, no options, MSRP, preferably Central/South US West, I'd love to hear about it. By the time I get the next one lined up, everything might be aligned for me to pick it up and drive it home.

P.S. Just for fun, I went by the local Ford dealer here in Fairbanks last week, and there were 3 Rangers (2 Lariats, 1 XLT) for sale, and today I saw that they were gone. But there's a beautiful Bronco Raptor with 35s for sale for a mere $98,900 plus fees! Man the Red/Orange on that thing is beautiful. Made me thirst for some Orange/Cherry Powerade!

Just so you "youngins" know to "lift with your knees and not your back."
