One of the other forum members installed a similar kit with the aluminum air box and piping.
He said that he noticed an increase in IAT from heat soak of the aluminum parts, and ended up needing to insulate everything. I think I’m going to wait on someone to produce a rotomolded intake, and stick with the stock piping. I’ll swap out the intercooler when someone comes out with a good tune (FORD / 5-STAR / COBB, etc.), but I’m not interested in changing out parts that will have a negative effect on the performance of my RR.
