OEM tailgate liner

Has anyone ordered and put on the Ford tailgate liner (part R1WZ9900038C)? I ordered one and it showed up without any hardware and trying to figure out what length screws I need to use to replace the factory ones.

The fastener is a 1" self-threading screw, with a with a 7/16 stand off. It's part of the 'kit' I installed and here's some info. It's not described so I just went a took one out.
