Production Time for Ranger6G?

Does anyone know how long it takes for production to complete? The Ranger Lariat I ordered started production on 11/04 and is still showing in production. Not that I am anxious or anything... I would like the transaction to complete before year end for tax purposes.

If you have recent experience or insight I'd appreciate your feedback.

The production date is when they expect to start building you "batch" of trucks they planned for. The production status is also an amalgamation of many internal statuses to Ford. Generally speaking it can be 1 day to 3-4 weeks just depends on whats going on. Generally speaking QA hold happens on the "built" stage. So I would surmise they just havent built the truck yet. Your dealer can call and ask them though.

While they don't take long to go down Ford's production line, if there are parts that have to be added afterwards, these delay the completion of your build. EG spray in bed liner.

Update, the truck is built. Estimated delivery is 12/15 - 12/21 2024. Just in time for tax write off.

Update, the Ranger is now showing shipped. Michigan to central Florida, it wont be long now.
