For those who have or are considering getting the Chrome Pkg with the PVD chrome wheels, just know these things are soft as baby sh*t. Have had a '24 XLT FX4 Chrome pkg for about two months. Did the third wash on it today and washed the wheels with a soft nylon brush with a reasonably soft plastic handle. After doing them I noticed the handle of the brush left numerous scratches on each wheel. I've been using this same brush on real chrome wheels for years without issue. My mistake, just putting this out there for info. Anyone else have any scratching issues? Can you repair them?

I would say treat them like they are painted because PVD is a powder coat process.
If you have gone past the clear coat, they will need to be redone.
The upside is that when properly cared for, PVD is far less susceptible to corrosion and peeling issues.
I spray them with 50:50 Simple Green and water, pressure wash and then dry with a microfiber towel.

Coming from a 150, those rims have been problematic for many that I’ve seen on that forum. Mostly remember them saying they peel after time
