Came across this photo of a Ranger at the Raptor Assault facility. Seems like a good sign!

That would be great! I feel like it's there to map out the predetermined route for the press day next week. Since Salt Lake was the rumored destination. Those guys would know the trails best out there to show it off.

Would Be nice if they did but have never attended the offered Raptor Assault or Bronco Rodeo, So even if they did history says i probably wouldn't attend. I still want them too have a RR one though, Go Figure.

I did something similar and it was a blast. For anyone setting up practice courses at home before or after attending something like this, I found https://www.astrolift.co.nz/category/Road-Cones-and-Temporary-Barriers really useful for getting cones and barriers that don't fall apart after a few runs. Way easier than trying to mark stuff with tape or guess distances.
