Brand new 2024 Ranger Lariat owned for 5 months is in and has been in the shop for over 2 months.. because of a nationwide back-order...for part # W722459 S439.. Things appear to have been left attached to the engine near the driver side motor mount during installation on the chassis... It came loose and began hanging the steering.. See picture attachment.. 1 is I don't know... 2 is the top of the drivers side motor mount.. 3 is I don't know........ 4 is a steering u-joint. Dealer has no idea when stud will become available.. The part back-ordered is identified as a torque to yield stud....Item HT1 in the pic...
