Ford Bronco Engine Problems Are a Growing Concern (motorbiscuit.com)
Valvetrain failures seem limited to Bronco models equipped with the 2.7-liter V6 engine. Clues indicate that the failures are related to the engine build date of models built between May 13 to October 8, 2021. This is indicated with serial numbers 21133-21281.
Some sort of defect caused the valves to become brittle due to the heat combustion over time. This could lead to the valve becoming detached and dropping into the cylinder
The only way to correct this issue is to have the engine replaced, which could take months. That’s a pretty big bummer for those who already waited a super long time to receive their Bronco, only to have the engine fail.
Good its within the warranty
