Tow hook removal/bull bar install

Hi, I ordered up a bull bar from realtruck for a 24 xlt. The box had 2019 ranger on it but I figured they accounted for the differences with the hardware/brackets. The issue I found (or I'm not seeing things right) is the tow hooks need to be removed permanently. On the tow hook bracket is another welded piece that connects to the intercooler. Only one bolt to disconnect it, but I don't see how the new hardware accounts for this.
Can anyone confirm this? Maybe people who've swapped intercooler? Or put on their own bull bar.
