Tremor/Wildtrak style grille lights?

Has anyone tried or had success adding some small light bars to these areas of the stock ranger grille? The Australian Ranger Wildtrak has lights in this spot, and there are some after market Raptor style grills that have them also. But I'd like to work with the OEM grill that I got. Has anyone found some small amber (or white) LED lights that fit in this area and look clean?
