Unexpected Delays Email

Well despite the tracker stating that waiting for shipment could take "a few days to a week" were over a week since the built date and no update. Everytime I've contacted Ford they give me the same generic message that it's awaiting shipment and they can't give an estimate of when the shipper will pick it up. Hoping for some good news the next couple days. Already sold my car to use as a down payment and getting tired of only driving the wife's car around lol

Hope it works out better for you than my experience with that situation, (quite a few people have had delays in that stage of the process). I abandoned my order and went with plan B after mine was in "Built" status for 6 weeks with ongoing rescheduling to my shipping ETA. I think I received 3 of those "unexpected delays emails".

Mine was likely a QC hold, or it was buried at MAP on a lot somewhere. My Dealer, Ford chat and the marketing phone number were all the same result - it was in a black hole. It never shipped to my dealer either; ended up with some code added on the window sticker and staying in Michigan when I checked a couple weeks after I bought a truck that was already on a dealer's lot.

Once its built, the tracker is useless. I got the shipped email 2 days after it arrived. You are in Ohio, so it should be within 2-3 days once its shipped.

Had my dealer contact ford today to ask about the shipping and they were told delivery would be between 10/1-10/7. Finally got an invoice with A/Z plan pricing as well. However later after talking with my dealer my order status updated and reverted back to "order confirmed". Looking at some other posts it looks like that is commonly a glitch that happens when a vehicle is shipped so here's to hoping it's on the way

Imagine that, the day after I get my dealer involved my Ranger was delivered! Now to let them get it ready so I can go pick it up so excited

Mine was originally scheduled for delivery in Southern California between 9/27-10/3. Just got an email yesterday stating it was shipped and now expecting delivery 9/21-9/27.

Update: My RR was delivered to the dealership 9/26. Ready for pick up 9/27. Went and got it today 9/28. Tracker was accurate on my order.
