Ford electric roll top shutter issue

Evening, I purchased my first Raptor second hand yesterday the electric roll wasn’t working properly, didn’t function at all via the key fob and only opened/shut while holding both the rear and in cab buttons. Dealer tried doing the reset thing and it shut but now doesn’t open at all, it’s completely shut and won’t budge. Calling ford tomorrow but wondered if anyone here knew what was up
