Aux switches

does any one know if its possible to install the Ford aux switches in a Ranger that doesn't have them? I like the overhead look of the switches Ford has but my Ranger isn't a Raptor so it didn't come with them. Im open to aftermarket if its not possible to install the Ford ones.

that's cool but says 'fit's 24-26 Ford Ranger. But when I select Vehicle, says it does not fit. Has anyone actually tried it?

Ausmotion sells some mounts that might work - although you would need to confirm whether fitment differs between US and Australian Rangers.

I used the Garmin Powerswitch and I really like it. It integrates to your phone and there is a carplay app that integrates to your touchscreen. No need to run wires through the firewall either.
