It is annoying to get in there but most of it are pop clips...the crappy part is Ford builds cheap so the screws they use generally strip removing them once...luckily I am a geek and keep parts from other projects so I had ones that would work...

If you are adding something, amp/sub...super easy with the t harness...that's what I did for my 26...getting to the back of the stereo sucks rocks but the wiring/patching is easy and no actual modifying of factory wiring

Ah, yes...figured...probably wouldn't have altered if B&O although have heard they aren't great...for the basic system, a sub woofer makes a huge difference...would love an amp too but not bulding competition system. I am the guy that needs to have music playing at all times driving

I also only spent $200 with T harness...so there is that...I am cheap and do t want someone messing in my vehicle that has 1000 miles on it

My truck is non B&O so adding the suv was needed....ade a world of difference...but I spend 5 hours first trying to patch and find the wires in the areas running down the doors...to no avail...fird seems to change their wire colour's with every shift

First and most important part...dont try to ghetto wire it...buy the T harness and remove the head unit which sucks but best way without altering oem wires and using wire testers and such....I personally used a LOC which was simpler than runner wires all the way back....for me, I for sure needed...

The colour is weird, I like it but looked darker on the cloudy day I test drove it...nice part is we went off road the other day on dusty FSRs...the body, tires and bronzed wheels all looked the same...park in front of a mound of dirt and never find the truck again

Don't like black so a can of Anthracite with a can of Bronze no name Pmasti-Dip...$25 and half an hour...fixed

You are right about the Maverick interior...kitchy but functional...and tons of room...i have had 4 Rams, a Gladiator, Grand Cherokee and lifted Rubicon on 35's so for me, the Ranger feels more like a truck...and the 2.7L is pretty kick ass too
