:crackup: That's correct, except for some reason the supplier of these seats messed up the design of the headrests angle and on top of that didn't add adjustment option, in my opinion this is something Ford should consider correcting.

I got mine done by mobile service, Seats weren't removed, I also have aftermarket seat covers but didn't remove them. He also checked the A pillar wiring harness, it was all good. Took him about 45 minutes. I'm still debating on the side curtain airbags.

Thanks for the input, I'm pretty sure that they'll be looking at my like I'm a nut at the dealership. I don't think it's anything major, eventually I'll find out what's going on, hopefully just a loose connection.

I haven't but that was my next step, I might unplug the subwoofer, remove it and reinstall it, if it keeps making the noise, I will let the dealership check ot out.
