I have a similar but cut for the 2024 XLT.
Fits very well and seals around the edges. The cut for the mirror has a Velcro strip to seal around the mirror.
The shade is very thin so I wonder how well it actually works in reducing internal temps. The inside back side of the shade gets very hot.
Trailer sway is all about the trailer weight distribution and proper tires. Doesn't matter the size of the truck as long as you are within the trailer GVWR and the truck GCWR. Even a smaller trailer will have the same issue if not loaded properly. Doesn't matter travel or utility trailer

Try the 60/40 and see if it makes a difference.
60% of load in front of axle and 40% behind. Don't exceed tongue weight.
I don't think your bikes should make that much difference unless they are heavy.
Take them off and see if it makes a difference.
Trial and error.
A member made a post on solving the noise behind the driver. He added a secondary piece of weather stripping which resolved the noise.
Maybe a search or someone will remember the post here.
So far I have learned to live with the little noise I have on the XLT.
