The above photo was taken after I enabled the digital gauge option and before using the minor gauge unites which make the three gauges identical as shown in below picture.
No Idea about the redline (my car made in Thai which may differ from the NA)
To change the minor gauge unites (Alpha/Numerical) For the RR you should change the fifth digit not the ninth.

the default value is 1 change it to 0
tested on Ranger Raptor 24 (Thai Made) and its working perfectly.
