You're more than welcome to swing by and we can definitely take a look at your truck and see how we can help, but I should have everything I need at the shop to come up with a solution. It may be as simple as handing you a finished solution when you swing by.

99% of customers would not want to have to remove the connector. I'm hoping there is enough room below the little plastic cap to hide the connector when the rack is removed.

Sorry. I didn't explain correctly. I don't expect it to fit through the square hole, but if it could fit below the little plastic cap, at least that way the connector could stay installed and covered up by the plastic cap if the rack needed to be removed for any reason.
