I should have the rest of the production data setup this evening. Technically, you can purchase them now on the site, but we won't be able to start production until I finish the data.
I understood. I was just giving you a hard time. 😉 Humor doesn't come across easily in the forums.
No, you won't need their flush mount bezels. They were too large to fit dual lights anyway. I'm working on getting the production data done for these now.
I don't see a big benefit to making them angle adjustable in this application. Thoughts?
Let me get a set produced and see if they line up with our powder cycle. I doubt they will get done, but I don't control the schedule. Our powder vendor has actually done a lot better the last couple of...
We ordered a pair of clear and amber lights today. I'm concerned about their brightness just due to the size. They say they're only 2100 lumens, which isn't bad, but compared to the Diode Dynamics C2 Max at 3900, that's a big difference. For chase lights, we like to run as much light as we can...
Yo! Yes, that's exactly what I was trying to explain with the connectors. Thanks!
Dallin has been all over me about this one. He's like a pit bull when he gets his mind set on something! 😂 I did open the CAD from Nacho this evening. It's really good. That will make the finished product nice.
I...
You're more than welcome to swing by and we can definitely take a look at your truck and see how we can help, but I should have everything I need at the shop to come up with a solution. It may be as simple as handing you a finished solution when you swing by.
99% of customers would not want to have to remove the connector. I'm hoping there is enough room below the little plastic cap to hide the connector when the rack is removed.
Sorry. I didn't explain correctly. I don't expect it to fit through the square hole, but if it could fit below the little plastic cap, at least that way the connector could stay installed and covered up by the plastic cap if the rack needed to be removed for any reason.
I am in MX for the next couple of days. I'll try to remember to lay a deutsch in there and grab a photo when I get back. Maybe a 2-pin flat connector like this would be better - https://a.co/d/du8dHJs.
Ooooh! Good catch. Maybe we would make a notch in the side of the spacer stack that would allow a wire to pass through. Then, we can transfer that hole to the attachment brackets. We would still need to be careful where we put the connector so the rack can be quickly/easily removed.
There may...
I would love to find a solution for this. The problem isn't the spacer pack, but more so the bed rail. There are only two holes in each "stake pocket", and we need both of those for the bed attachment. I think the best solution would be to leave out one of the bolts in the middle spacer pack and...
Not yet. Had to focus on some new Wrangler products we're working on. I'm in MX for a couple of days for a Jeep event. I may have some time to mock it up while down here. Things move at a more casual pace here. 😁
Nope. Not yet. I haven't had much time to devote to this one yet. I have spent a lot of time thinking about the options and I think I have a clear direction for the initial prototype. I have to bounce around to the different vehicle platforms we support, so for the last couple of weeks I have...
