Ford Ranger Bedside LED Light Bracket Set (Pair)

Just to clarify, this is really intended for aftermarket tire carriers, not the stock Ranger spare setup. Everyone builds their rigs differently, but the goal here is a solid mounting solution for those running aftermarket carriers where accessory mounting is more flexible.

Everyone builds their rigs differently based on how they use them. For some people, spare tire mounting is a practical way to keep gear accessible without taking up bed or roof space. It may not be everyone’s preference, but it works well for certain setups and use cases.
Really appreciate that—this is exactly what we were going for. The goal was to turn otherwise unused space into something functional without complicating the build, so it’s great to see it landing that way. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll assume everyone is good with the tolerance until the consensus changes. I really appreciate you guys taking the time to reply. That's exactly what we want to get from and give to this forum community.
Thanks! I'm sure you didn't mean it like this, but luck has nothing to do with it. Our family moved to Utah from Alabama to pursue outdoors in this way - it was a huge life change. It has been a grueling 10 year plan to get to this point with the business so we can grow our company through...
For everyone here, that has had issues or not had issues, would you mind sharing if you think we should increase the tolerance of the cutout for the receptacle? We have done a few here at the shop and they have pushed in. They are tight, but tight in a good way. Not too tight that they didn't...
I'm sure that would hold it, but you're relying on bolt pressure to keep the compressor located. If the bolts loosen, the compressor will flop around. We won't be doing ours like that. I'm off to Raptors on the Rocks today. I may have some time to draw while I'm gone.
The holes in that bracket are just for the compressor. You would have to drill holes in that bracket to mount it and possibly countersink those due to the bolt heads (that attach that bracket to the panel) potentially impacting the mounting surface of the compressor.
If we build one, it will be...
If companies that made products adhered to that, it may be possible, but the holes for compressors, tool mounts, etc. all use different spacing. I'm traveling the next few days and have some other CAD projects in front of this, but I'll see if I can knock something out. It wouldn't be too difficult.
