  1. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

Again, where is everyone getting that the liquid aside from the oil is fuel? Mine does not smell like fuel and only started accumulating when it got colder (IE condensation).

Had Torrie at Unleashed soften the downshift from 3rd down and the brake jerkiness went away. Going to ask for another revision for 5th down. Makes the braking so much smoother.
  3. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

Where does everyone get that that's fuel? I've had mine since 1700 miles. Even after I tied into the breather side I never had anything but oil until it became much colder. I now gets tons of condensation asking with the same amount of oil mixed in.
  4. RCMUSTANG's Magnetic FX4

Decided to add heat to the center console armrest like I did on my Fusion. Cost less than $20 in parts. Took a motorcycle seat heating element, a mosfet relay, triggered by the heated seats.
  5. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

There definitely is a measurable amount of oil. In colder weather I've picked up a ton of condensation on top of that. If anyone thinks it's catching mostly fuel you're mistaken. If that much fuel is being caught you've got serious issues with your rings. I can tell you I don't small any fuel...
  6. RCMUSTANG's Magnetic FX4

Since I couldn't find anyone that made smoked sequential turn signal markers for the mirrors I made my own.
  7. RCMUSTANG's Magnetic FX4

Letting it sit overnight or longer you can see everything separate. There's a ton of water (condensation) that comes from the breather side and about the same amount of oil from the PVC side. The condensation has increased big time in colder weather (not freezing) with a good amount of auto...
  8. RCMUSTANG's Magnetic FX4

What I've noticed is with the temps now being in the 40-60's and the start/stop I've picked up a ton of condensation in the catch can. It's probably not getting hot enough with start/stop and the cold the engine to get rid of thr condensation quick enough. Definitely didn't get as much when it...

They said kit is supposed to be done.
  10. RCMUSTANG's Magnetic FX4

I asked Torrie at Unleashed to soften my downshifts in 3rd down and no more jerking brakes when slowing down. Still has some from 5th and 4th. I'm going to request softening the down shift there too.

Don't know what to tell you...

    Finally. 11 minute install.
  13. RCMUSTANG's Magnetic FX4

In 6400 miles this is what the oil catch can caught. #notsnakeoil

A month in and these are great. Mushy pedal is a distant memory.
  15. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

This for all the people saying I'm waiting for Ford to make one because, I don't believe it works unless Ford makes one and I don't want an aftermarket one because of the warranty. Not because it won't work for street applications. Not even close comparison to brake pads.
  16. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

And as I said before, the Ford one will be offroad only and and probably not covered under warranty.
  17. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

I just made my own with one of their universal cans.
  18. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

If you're under boost a lot you'll see more on the throttle body, inlet pipes, intercooler. I routed the breather side into my can and everything is dry. Anything in the back side of the throttle body in the intake is mostly from the PCV. The back valves will pick up the most is the PCV is...
  19. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

    1. Look to my second picture of how much I picked up. 2. Mobil 1 full synthetic. 3. There is not 93 or 92 around here. Also, fuel has nothing to do with the amount of oil being sucked back into the intake. You think that amount of oil is ok? Then don't get one. As I mentioned several times my...
