Seems to be an issue with the power tailgate with my Ranger as it does not have that option from @Ford I guess a trip to the dealer to get it checked out. o_O

the bolts where hard to get out from the top and the nuts are welded to the frame on the bottom

I used a small pry bar screwdriver on the frame and slightly lifted the bumper and they came out easy almost fell out no cutting and no removing wheels I can take a pic later and post if needed
