I had a similar issue on a FX4, where both springs contacted at no load. Discussed with Sumo and their only warranty voiding idea was to trim the springs (they can be cut). Eventually took them off as the ride was jolting. Have not tried cutting them yet.

Wheels are Bronco takeoffs powder coated matte black. I was not a fan of the OEM lariat wheels.

Running 1.5" level and 265/70R18 with Nitto G3s. Tires have been great on and off road for my needs.

Only did the passenger side but assume driver is the same. There are a couple of screws hidden behind a cover near the handle that you have to take out first. Then you can work the panel off. There is a vid on YouTube that can show you. It’s for a Ranger Raptor but same process … guy was adding...

After talking to Timbren and sending photos/measurements, came to the same conclusion that they would not fit. Did the same with Sumosprings and ran into a similar issue. Sumo told me you can cut the spring shorter to gain clearance but could not "officially" recommend but know others who have...

I had a local shop do it so don't know. The tech didn't mention anything so I assume it went together fine.

Running a 1-1/2" level with 265/70r18s.

Not a fan of poke so I kept it close/tucked. Basically sits flush.

Not sure, if was factory/done by dealer.

Non Raptor Bronco wheels fit non Raptor Rangers. I can confirm 5G steps fit 6G.

I agree...you could skip every other row and save a considerable amount of cutting time and still have flexibility in mounting options. How many items need a molle opening right next to each other? Just a thought....

I saw in a FB group that Escape front headrest fits (and they pivot for adjustment) but could not get a confirmation. Someone got some handy to do fit check?

Absolutely. I wanted to retain some rake (have 3/4”) for loads and future towing. Also wanted to make sure it didn’t look squatted.

1.5" level with 265/70r18s on Bronco takeoffs (18 x 7.5, +55 offsets same as OEM Ranger).

I have a 265/70r18 under mine (32.6") with no issue.
