I beg to differ, the bolts I extracted were installed at the factory with Red Loctite and the replacement bolts I received from Ford were pretreated with Red Loctite.

WOW! Those are pretty robust bolts; I'm surprised it broke that way. Red Loctite is some nasty stuff and I'm surprised that Ford decided to use it on a bolt that stood a good chance of being remove. But if there's one thing I have learned over the years, Mechanics don't spec things like this...
