My Wife's Bronco Sport 2.0L doesn't get driven a whole lot, about 3000 miles a year on average. Because of this I have the oil changed annually with full synthetic oil. The additives in the oil don't necessarily break down but oil that doesn't get up to full operating temperature (from short...

I was experiencing an intermittent interior rattle since shortly after buying my RR. It appeared to be coming from the left rear.
I had my tow hitch stored under the rear seat and thought the rattle might be coming from it so I placed it inside a pistol size gun sock, nothing.
The rattle...
My RR came with the Raptor floor mat set (font and rear), I replaced the fronts with Weather Tech mats because the coverage was significantly better, higher side coverage and actual coverage in the peddle area.
I kept the RR rears because they were adequate and I rarely have passengers in the...
I concur. I am not an "Engineer" but I am an actual highly trained and very experienced aircraft mechanic with over 30 years of experience with both Reciprocating and Gas Turbine engines. My first exposure to full synthetic oils was in Gas Turbine engines. Those engines rarely have their oil...
$120 with Full Syn. The "Works Pkg" is more that oil change and tire rotation. It's a complete brake, suspension and steering system inspection. Additionally, all fluids are topped off.
If done right, it's a lot of bang for your "buck."
I just used Black Silicone on the stake pocket covers and installed weather stripping on my tailgate. Cut water intrusion by 90+ percent.
What little water that does make it in is negligible.
Generally, these update fix small glitches or introduce new enhancements. When I had my Bronco, I purchased the Procal tune. The first update reinitiated the Auto Start/Stop originally disabled by the tune, I was less than happy. I will not use Procal on my RR...
Pick a sunny spot on a warm day and simply "slowly" peel them off. Slow and steady is the key. The problem with the use of a hair dryer or heat gun is you run the risk of overheating the paint and causing ripples in the paint
I installed the Dual version the other day. All went according to the directions. A couple of things for those who intend to install this setup:
1. Drilling the turbo inlet hose is easy of you do a couple of things, first "poke" a hole with a scribe or sharp nail in the spot you want your...
I agree with most of you post except the part of using the "Slippery Drive Mode." That drive mode puts you in 4H and is not meant for dry roads.
Other than that....
Have you read the installation instructions on this?!?
I Just got the UPR Catch Can and will install later this week when Wx is warmer. I studied the UPR instructions and surveyed the area of install, way easier than this mess.
Skid Plates OFF! The area needs rustproofing/undercoating is blocked by the skid plates, work arounds does not guarantee complete coverage to these areas.
Rustproofing skid plates is useless by the definition of their intended purposes, unless of course your truck is a "pavement princess" 100%...
Well DAMN! This actually worked on my RR! Bought this compound from Amazon in January but had to wait for warm Wx before trying it.
Missed the first bit of warn Wx because I forgot I had this stuff. Tried it today and IT WORKS!
Of course now I'm stuck with a bunch of the calk, so... If...
