The reason is that the US Ranger Raptor has genuine leather on the seats, while in other markets it has "plastic," which is easier to upholster with a better finish.
Super easy to remove, I can take out my Bakflip in two minutes all by myself. It's just a matter of loosening two knobs by hand. And yes, you can go with one, two or three panels open with total safety.
I also drive to work daily on a 5-mile private gravel road. I can hear the rocks hitting the underside pretty hard, which makes me nervous. Even so, I have zero damage on my Ranger Raptor, and I don't have mudflaps.
It seems that the material of the US spec is real leather. The Thai spec seat material is plastic (PU Leather), which is easier to upholster with a better finish.
Did anyone buy or know where to buy these Fog lights? I sent a few messages to the OP but didn’t get a response . I also wrote to Baja Design to see if they were going to release an integration kit with their LEDs like they did with the previous generation, and the response was that it was...
There is an upgrade kit that contains the end caps. I have installed them on an older Bakflip that didn't have these caps from the factory. My only doubt is that the MX4 has a hidden seal under the cover along the tailgate, while this Ford-sourced one seems to have it exposed...
Quick and easy. No more than 30 minutes. I prefer the version sold directly by Bakflip because the plastic end caps and the hidden seal along the tailgate give it a better finish.
I had it on my driver's side as well. Initially, it seemed like it could be due to the window seal. I did several tests sealing the window gaps with tape with no results. Finally, the wind noise was because the door was slightly misaligned, something that wasn't noticeable at first glance.
I love Baja Design lights, they're top-notch, made in the USA, with killer light output. But the problem is that they seem to have a depth that needs trimming of the center support, which might mess with its strength. I'll dig deeper because, from my experience, the inexpensive rebranded Chinese...
That's why I installed a small 15mm spacer for a 1" front lift, which I find sufficient. I don't consider myself an expert in suspensions; my comment is personal based on my experience with my F150 Raptor and perch collars. The suggestion to install a strut spacer as small as possible came from...
