Yes, alignment done, it was definitely necessary, you could visually see that the camber was off. As you said not a lot on a small level(ended up closer to 1.5") but was needed none the less.
Yup, like it was made for it,lol. Need the bolts from the old one, but the bolt holes and even the retaining ball that's built into the intake are still there, i guess they never bothered to change the tooling even though the cover has been gone for years. .
Im not one that noticed the 2.3 noise, so I couldn't tell you. Mind you, I put 130,000km on my 2019 2.3 and if anything, Id say the "clicking" for the direct injection is less noticeable than the last, but its the same engine so , who knows.
Advanced tow package is mostly just tech other than brake controller, so it doesn't change the towing capacity. However if your boat trailer has brakes, at that weight its getting time to look at a brake controller, stock or after market.
Ya, finally got a couple, pretty hard to tell from pic.s, grounds not likely level and the front looks a bit higher than it is, still has enough rake that it should be fairly level towing.
Just spitballing here, but Im wondering if they sent you a 5G model? I only say that as I transferred the one from my 2019 and this was the key issue, I had to modify the hold downs to account for the extra depth of the inner rail. I did have to do some tweaking to get it right at the tailgate...
I reused the same set from my 2019, after some figuring I trimmed the flat part off the door side just past that last hump, did this both front and back and they slip right in now. Not bad the way they are but I thought that improved them a bit.
5G had the same gap and at that time those covers came with a filler strip, mine was a strip of aluminum, so it would be a good guess that they'd do the same now, but ya never know.
Seems lots of Ranger owners, including me, are having this issue. I feel like its just how sealed the truck is that makes it hard, if the window is down the door closes with a light touch.
This kit fits fine, but I will start this off with some advice- Do NOT use the upper nuts for the "top hat" that are supplied by Ready lift, they are a shit lock nut and the stud closest to the engine will spin out its splines as it doesnt have spring under it to hold it, use stock with some...
Its close, but it aint bang on. The floor mats fit a lot of the contours, along tranny hump, dead pedal area etc, but not where it meets the seat base, behind feet, no issue for me. despite them saying the cab is bigger the rear mats are slightly pinched between the B pillar compared to the 5G...
I did end up putting the rears in and I trimmed off the outer lip and it worked fine, Im ok with fronts, but depends on how picky you are, Ill use them in winter

I didnt get it when I picked up the truck, but my guy said to take my time , so I may still pull the trigger, but I was offered -
Premium Care 6 years or up to 120,000 kms. Whichever occurs first, $1623 +hst with $100 deductible after factory is done.
Ya, Im pretty sure its not Raptor specific, but I got a new adaptor and the latest forscan, with no luck. Even went deep and dug up the PCM number from my as builts ,but Im guessing we are just a bit to soon for this truck.
Ya, it was like that in early 2019 when I got my Ranger, hard to find anything for the new model, tonneau cover etc. Back then I ordered spacers from Malaysia as the truck had been available globally for quite some time. Turned out the center of tophat on our struts was bigger than theirs...
Ya, I saw that too, the quote below from the Forscan forums gave me some hope it might work when they mentioned the Bronco. When we first started doing rangers back in 2019 we used an f-150 spread sheet and everything worked, but I guess the truck had been out globally for some time. We,ll see...
