This has happened 4 times and my only solution is to not lock the truck - not good. Can someone tell me where the sensor is that tells the truck when the hood is closed? It's been wicked cold here lately which may contribute to the fault. Thanks

I've had a chance to try it out on bumpy gravel trails up here in N Michigan and can say it's way better than the previous version. When tucked in correctly there's little chance of it coming loose. This is with a Garmin Montana 700i mounted --

I like it! The idea of using all the holes works for me - but with nylon screws. Flush with the wheel is good also. Just make the rings and I'll source the screws. You could make money on this idea . . .

To qualify that statement you need to show other OEM decal packages of this size/quality that cost MUCH less. If some AliBabba decal package is what you're thinking of - no need to go there.

Taking the decals off to be more subtle makes sense to me if you're ok with flushing $750 down the drain. It's the quality of design and manufacturing of the OEM decals that I appreciate, and have yet to see anyone improve upon.

I like them - every other aftermarket version I see looks like what is stuck to that rusty pickup seen in the parking lot at Walmart's.
