My truck only has 1000 miles on it. Had 2 fill ups so far. My first fill up was 24.8 mpg and my 2nd fill up was yesterday and got an even 25. Both calculations done the manual way for accuracy. The computer on the truck is always optimistic.

I think the trans calibration is also better on the new 25s. Can't compare since I haven't driven a 24 as I have a 25, but there's info out there for it. I think the dual injection is well worth it alone.
