Look at your hood at every angle. Make sure it shuts with a 2 foot drop. Look at the gaps on the sides, and if it sits out to far at the front. Make sure the front and back don't sit up too high or down too low. My wife's and mine RR
both were sent to a reputable body shop from Ford (warranty...
Mine "tried" to switch to Baja mode (it can't while doing 48mph). With the fish eye camera lens it looked like the vehicles coming at me were going to hit me head on. ?
Just remember that in quiet start, the first 20 seconds, the exhaust valves still open and make you smile. Its a good way to know your truck started when your still in the house. My Ranger Raptor has no exhaust sound from the speakers.
My wife and I both lost the function of our "R" buttons this morning, assuming it's the software update everyone got last night. Is there anything I need to know so I don't break something while disconnecting and reconnecting the batteries?
Be careful if your putting power running boards on a Ranger Raptor. One guy on here did that and rocks from his tires tore up his paint. The only good thing about the RR's running boards, is they keep the rocks off your paint.
I'm wondering if it's a noise sink (absorb) that goes around the one-way air valve that let's air out of the cab when you shut the door but won't let air in from the outside. ? "If that's where it's located. Just a thought.
Can you give me the link for your bed hook that's in the picture and if...
Thanks for posting this reply. I was just getting ready to ask if anyone has installed the cargo management rail system yet and then I saw this thread. I have the soft folding tonneau cover which I prefer over all the other ones for my specific needs but now that I know I can remove the pivot...
I thought I read somewhere the company making them has a hard time keeping spec. My wife and I have each have a Ranger Raptor and no problems. If there were, I'm sure I would totally bummed. At the same time if they gave me a new engine I would be more than happy. These vehicles are in a...
Don't get to excited about this truck for under $20,000 dollars. A friend of mine put a deposit down on an Elio over 10 years ago and you can read in this link what a scam it was. I hope this Slate truck really happens, but the video sounded just like the Elio sales pitch...
I'm on the fence about these as well. Watched "many" videos on the pros and cons on these. One guy checked his valves before putting a catch can on and there was a viscous, liquid, sludge on the back of his valves. He cleaned them and then ran a catch can, and then took the intake back off, and...
