Foutz really needs to upload pictures with the "Add-on Sensor Wire Protector Plates" they offer and you mentioned. They may have a complete solution when those are added. I emailed them asking for pics. I'll report back if I get a response.

I bought these Raptor Side Step Inserts to fill the hole in the running boards and stop the spray. Fit great and definitely help. Expensive for what they are, but effective.

I would recommend Wool Wax over Fluid Film. They are very similar, but Wool Wax goes on thicker and heavier and will last longer without washing off. Blaster Surface Shield is another good option.

I was out playing in the snow yesterday. Oil temp got up to 240 degrees, but coolant temp never showed high on the gauge. I could smell coolant when I parked it. I figured it might be boiling over even though the gauge didn't show it being hot, but now I wonder if it has a leak.

So were you suggesting to complain to Ford about the wind noise, with the hopes of getting a free maintenance package?
