I use the OBDLink MX+. It’s a wireless adapter. Works with many apps you can run from your phone. I keep it in my current Ranger just in case. Will do the same when I get my new Ranger. Seems to be mixed info if it works to make changes through Forscan - I cannot say if it does or doesn’t.

I see some time has passed here. What did you end up doing? I’m coming from a 2021 Tremor, with factory upfitter switches at the top of the dash. Looking for an option for a 2024 Lariat. Really leaning towards the Garmin Power Switch, so I get switches on the centre screen and phone.
