Does the cartridge oil filter housing have anti-drain back system to keep engine oil in the upper part of the engin? I am getting conflicting information regarding this in both 2.7 and 3.0 EB. Can anyone please shed some light? Thanks in advance ??

I also had 7mm (0.28 in) on all four corner after Ride Height Calibration too. The gas tank was 1/4 full. Was your tank 1/4 full also?

Ford uses variable cam timing (called Ti-VCT) to help reduce NOx, so EGR system is not needed. Without EGR, valve deposits can be reduced, but yet still will be present.

Ranger Raptor 3.0L Ecoboost everything is as stock as a rock.

My observation has been that if the temp reaches to 212F, the thermostat opens, the temp will quickly drop down to 203F … and repeats. From what I understand the transmission cooler line is controlled by thermostat which starts to open at 203F and fully opened at 216F.

Early versions (Australia/Thailand) of the Raptors diff fluid were under-filled by almost a quart. This the main cause of premature diff failure. I recommend checking rear diff fluid level as soon as you receive the truck.

Automatic brake assist when backing out of my garage almost gave me heart attack a few times. I avoid it by keeping my foot on the brake pedal while backing out. It seems to help.
