Hmmm….. I’m not getting a topper, but my tonneau cover is just above 90Lbs (Ford says J braces are for anything above 88lbs)so I figured I would get them just to be safe and because if they’re free I might as well take them up on the offer.

Awesome, congratulations! So it does seem there is some order to this now. My 2/16 blend date along with a couple others finally changed to built yesterday. Looks like 2/20s are up now. Make sure to ask your dealer to check for your $1,000 rebate. It should be listed in their system.

Was your truck transported via car carrier or rail? I wonder if this happened on transport? Lower level of the carrier driving through a snow storm?

How many did it have at delivery? Im not recommending that you necessarily bring the truck back to the dealer, but you should make everyone aware of what it looked like at delivery and see what they will do for you. You or the dealer could put a claim in with Ford.

You gotta reach out to your dealer/zone rep and Ford customer service with those photos. A little rust is to be expected, but this is ridiculous. How many miles on it?

It’s built! Got an email, tracker finally changed to 3/29 build date and my dealer just texted me that I let me know it’s ready to load. Mid February builds are on a roll!
