When I measured mine up it looked it was just the bolt holes by the tailgate that were different. That was a Gen 5 Lariat to a Gen 6 FX4 Lariat. I will know for sure in the next few weeks as the weather improves and I can get to installing.

Not sure if this is normal or not, but my drive mode knob sticks engaged when you turn it right or left. I feel like it should be a lot smoother and return to center immediately after releasing it, but that is not the case. If its not normal, I will take it in for service. How is everyone elses?

Yes, I have definitely found that the 24 Lariat seat is not as comfortable as the last gen. Not sure exactly what Ford did, but its a downgrade. Quality of the leather seems lower as well.

I have not noticed that with my non-raptor. Driven at -22F and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.

Ford definitely knows the heat. My wife's Escape is also an inferno to drive in the winter.
