I've done that, it removes the chime that you get if your seatbelt is unfastened but it doesn't remove that stupid pop up that you get when you first start the truck.

I thought about removing mine because I live in the rust belt and I'm concerned about it getting soaked with salty water this winter and not drying out. It may freeze while I'm at work but when it is home in my semi-heated garage it will thaw but not dry.

Isn't there a vent on the passenger side as well? That's what boggles my mind is why the padding is only on the drivers side.

If lightning blue was an option it would have been my first choice. 2nd probably would have been lead foot.

It looks more like a thick felt than foam. I tried removing it but I couldn't get a good enough grip on it so I decided I'd leave it for now. I'm not even sure what it is for but I don't like the idea of having it there when it gets waterlogged.

My 2017 Raptor was stuck in QA hold for a while and it arrived with just over 100 miles on it. It didn't really bother me because the truck was flawless so whatever issues it was being held for, got fixed and never had to go back to the dealer for anything.

Well, they finally showed up 5/16 and I got them installed so it's all good.

I got my grill lights installed today. They should look better at night but it's not dark out yet. :)

I want to replace my tips with some slightly larger black tips, but the stock tips are welded on so that makes it difficult. That mod is on the back burner for a while. :(
