Sorry, I was talking about aftermarket rims. Most seem to be about 30mm offset vs the standard 55mm offset. I can’t find any replacements close to the same as stock.

How much plastic did you remove? I was afraid of damaging the light and Ford voiding the warranty. Those things are $1500 each! It looks like the tail light moves about 1/32" when the body flexes during driving.

Thanks for the reply. I have the same sound and it happens in the same instance, but I never changed my intake. I will give it a look anyway. Mine started at about 3500 miles.

I reinstalled a few times when doing it initially on the driver side. It seems like the end doesn't want to sit down. Maybe there is a manufacturing issue with my rails? The passenger side is actually the one leaking the worst. I did use a torque wrench and tightened to the prescribed 10 ft-lbs...

Here are some photos of how the cover sits on the rails.

There are a bunch of holes; 2 are under each rail post cover plus more. I believe I sealed the rail post holes pretty well. The water looks like it's going under the bed cover itself specifically at the hinge points.
