I installed in the Ranger of different customer of yours, and his didn’t have have a hole so I made one. Also didn’t like how the crossover pipe fit in the drivers side turbo boot, something is off about it.
The bracket that shipped with the intercooler must be for some other application, it isn't used. The plastic frame with non powered shutters on the back of the cooler in the pics is transferred from the old cooler to the new one.
No. There are two bolts holding the shutter system in place from above. I think they were 8mm but I don’t recall. Your best bet is to use a short ratcheting wrench as there is very limited space to get anything else up there.
I installed a CVF intercooler. I tried leaving the grill shutter system in place but I found it to be impossible as the top of the intercooler interferes with the top of the shutter system frame not allowing it to be pushed up into place. The shutters themselves are very close to the new...

clearly not. If you read my post, I describe them as the WT knockoffs I purchased on amazon. I can attest to the uselessness of the factory mats as I own them as well.
The oem mats are useless if you need snow/salt protection. I bought knock off weathertechs on amazon and some Ford Performance decals and can’t believe how similar they are to the og weathertechs. The HPs solve the OG weathertech issue of being slippery and too stiff but I feel like they have...
While his reputation doesn’t require it, I wanted to share some feedback after working with Winfield on my 24 RR. I waited to tune until the AP came out as I am familiar with it from tuning a Subaru with another tuner that also did so through the AP. Everything went very smoothly, Winfield was...
Since it’s electronic, it will release if you put it in gear and depress the accelerator even if you don’t press the e brake button to release it. It assumes that it’s safe to release if you’re giving it gas.
