I have the LED taillights on my '25 XL but I also have the copilot 360.
Only thing I miss from my loaded Maverick are the heated seats and steering wheel but moving to a '26 Ranger XLT would have cost another six+ grand more than the deal I got on the '25 XL.
Bought the Lasfit bed mat which look to be the same as the Michelin just rebranded. It's sold under a few different names. They were terrible. Two days in the sun and wouldn't flatten. Had four creases where they were folded in the box that I doubt will ever come out. They have two horizontal...
My cover came with a strip to seal it. My biggest problem is the side bed caps on my new '25 are convex (higher in the middle) not flat so the cover rails will not sit flat on the bed and there's a half inch gap at the tailgate. Other Rangers we checked on the lot are flatter.
This Lasfit bed mat is a waste of money. My Lasfit bed mat still hasn't flattened after a couple days sitting in the direct sun and has a couple spots where something had put a big dent in it, maybe where it was folded in the box. Has the ridges going side to side things get stuck on. Replacing...
Just got back from the dealers lot. The '25s they have are all flat. Unless someone else's is the same I'm beginning to think something happened to this one that wasn't disclosed to me or maybe even to the dealer since it only had six miles on it.
Update: Looking at it at home again I...
Both sides of the top edge of my '25 Bed are convex (higher in the middle). Had a problem when installing a tonneau cover yesterday as both sides of the top of the bed are convex, not flat. Wondering if this is normal on the '25.
When I bolt in a track it's not flush on either the back or the...
Basic tow package would have been so much easier. Redarc Liberty brake controller just plugs into the Brake controller connector under the dash. (not sure it's there without a basic tow package). Mount the brake controller control knob through the lower panel and you're towing using the 4 pin...
I had a RealTruck tonneau cover on my Maverick for a while. It was okay. I just ordered a Worksport trifold two days ago for the Ranger. Made in the USA. Free install from my local truck place. My bad back will thank me. Considered what Realtruck was offering but the Worksport is made here and...
Looks good. I needed the tow package. I could have picked up a '25 XLT but the XL was the best bang for the buck. Only thing I'll miss from my Maverick are the heated seats. Picked up my '25 last Friday.
Agree. It's useless. And the 12V outlet on mine is just above the floor/hump where it's sure to get kicked. Should have put it where the useless cubby is and added USB there. Bronco Sport I had and the Maverick I had both had them.
I just measured and I might be able to get the Yakima bars far enough apart on the roof so I won't need a support on the bed. Just ordered tower clips for the Ranger so I'll wait till I get them. Hopefully a bed rack won't be necessary after all.
2.3 will tow it no problem. I towed our loaded 3,000 pound camper with a Maverick with the 2.0 for two years with no problem. Just switched to the Ranger yesterday so I don't have to worry about a 400+ pound tongue weight.
Just picked up my Ranger. Had a cap with Yakima Tracks on my last one (Maverick) to carry canoes. Don't want another cap and want a hard bed cover so I need something I can attach one Yakima bar over the bed at roof height to as the front bar will be on the roof. Can't put canoes on just a bed...
