I am pretty sure anyone with a "delivery date" is just a date pre-populated by the system based on the completed build date that we cannot see in the trackers yet. It sounds like they are holding the trucks until QC is complete.

It is hard to estimate right now because trucks are built but not being put to a built status currently (They are being held for QA checks). Once Ford actually starts shipping them out and things flow properly you can estimate things.

There are so many 2.3l ecoboosts that if it were a widespread issue I would have expected to see more by now. I don't think carbon build up is actually that bad.
