i live In a rural community and we have had electricity here for over 100 years. Electric vehicles are coming and yes the infrastructure is the limiting factor now just like paved roads were in the early days of the automobile.
It is extremely annoying that Ford has not released any details to the US consumers about a vehicle that was released to the rest of the world over a year ago. Makes me wonder if there are problems with the new model that can’t be readily fixed? Or are they going to surprise us with a PHEV...
The current generation has a towing capacity of 7500 lbs with the 2.3 Ecoboost. The new Chevy Colorado is rated at 7700 lbs so I expect the new Ranger to follow suit.
Let’s just hope that date doesn’t slip “again:. Waiting two year may be anti-climatic in the end. We all know what we are going to get. But when is the question?
