I “loosely” tracked the mileage. I never reset it from delivery, but it steadily climbed as I made the trip. It was at 23.1 when I got home but I really don’t think that was completely accurate as it started at about 19 when I left. I’m making a roughly 200 mile trip tomorrow and will reset it...
I took the new Lariat on a trip this week and wanted to pass along my initial impressions.
The truck rides beautifully. I downsized from a 2008 F150 XLT that has 240k miles on it, so this was like driving a limo! It handles very well and is extremely well mannered regardless of road...
That’s odd. Mine was laying in the bottom of the center console. You aren’t really missing much though. Like I said, it’s a fairly useless hard plastic half tray. The one you have is much more functional.

I picked up my Lariat two days ago from my dealer. Today, as I was walking behind the truck, I noticed a large gap between the taillight and the body. I compared it to the other side and it looked as it should. I dropped the tailgate to take a closer look, and saw something a bit surprising...
Amen! I was just telling the spousal unit that I have to figure out how to keep that annoying message from popping up. I hope someone smarter than me can figure it out and let me know!?
Not sure how other’s experiences are/were, but when mine shipped on 24 March, the ETA shifted numerous times, with the latest being 11-24 April. Then on 5 April, the tracker updated again moving the ETA to 3-11 April. It showed up at the dealer the next day. Hopefully you’ll have the same!
Yeah…I don’t know why some folks are receiving there trucks with 50+ miles. Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. And frankly, I’d probably be a little pissed!?
