  1. 18k Mile Review of 2024 Ranger Lariat FX4

I’m really enjoying the new Ranger. I loved my F150 and never had any mechanical issues even with 243k miles, but I just didn’t need a truck that large. I’m also liking the improved fuel mileage!
  2. 18k Mile Review of 2024 Ranger Lariat FX4

Tows the RPod just fine. I was towing with an 08 F150. It’s not quite as settled as the F150, it’s certainly not a white knuckle experience either. I can easily cruise at 70 mph and no issues. As far as pressure: I don’t adjust it. The RPod only weighs about 3k lbs, so barely made the truck squat!
  3. 18k Mile Review of 2024 Ranger Lariat FX4

Ok… just ran out and looked. It’s under the Driver’s Assistance.
  4. 18k Mile Review of 2024 Ranger Lariat FX4

Let me check for you. There’s a setting where you can “tell” the truck how many mph over the posted limit you’d like to go. I’ll run out and take a look.
  5. 18k Mile Review of 2024 Ranger Lariat FX4

I just turned 18,000 miles on my Lariat FX4. I know…no moss will EVER grow under these wheels! Positives: Great ride quality. I came from an 08 F150 and this truck is SO much more comfortable on road trips. Decent MPGs. I average about 26-27 highway. Obviously the majority of my miles are...
  6. Priority Codes - Set Me Straight

From what I understand, the priority code a dealership assigns is solely for their orders. In other words, it prioritizes that specific dealers builds vice the order that FoMoCo assigns their priorities on a macro level. My dealer assigned my order a “3” priority code. It just meant that my...
  7. 2024 Lariat OTD Pricing

Must be the identical package to mine…MSRP of $51,540. I think you’re getting a fair deal. I paid $47k but I also had A Plan pricing.
  8. Don’t think this will last long... seat stitching

Thanks for the reply! How would you like for me to send you the information you would like?
  9. Don’t think this will last long... seat stitching

Nope. I can’t figure out why it’s doing this. I had 245,000 miles on my F150 and 420,000 on my Fusion and they aren’t this worn.
  10. Don’t think this will last long... seat stitching

I haven’t contacted Ford yet as I just noticed it today. And as far as getting in the truck, it’s the same as I’ve done for the past 40 years! Never had a vehicle do this and I tend to keep my modes of transportation for a long time. I had a 2010 Fusion with 420,000 miles on it and the seats...
  11. Don’t think this will last long... seat stitching

I’ve had my Ranger Lariat since April 6th. Just noticed the stitching on the driver’s seat is already fraying. This certainly is not a good indicator of longevity.
  12. Zero Complains; all happiness.

Same here. Got mine three months ago tomorrow. Could not be happier with it!
  13. How long is "Normal" for in production?

Once mine shipped, it took about a week to make it to the dealer in Ashland, VA
  14. Positive stories on Delivery and first miles?

Ordered Nov23, built March 24, delivered April 24. Other than two rear light screws missing (which FoMoCo addressed immediately), the truck has exceeded my expectations. Lariat FX4. I’ve put 10k miles on it in two months (a hella lot of miles!). Aside from being very pleased with the ride, the...
  15. Found a Stock 2024 Ranger Order

Thanks, but mine was built and delivered!
  16. Aeroskin II Deflector

Not sure! This is the one that’s like $120 on the Ford accessories site. I used Ford Pass points to get it
  17. Aeroskin II Deflector

So far, pretty happy with it. I think it looks pretty good as well.
  18. New 2023-24 Ranger Lariat owners

I don’t think anyone has owned a 24 long enough yet to have put 30k on them! With that being said, does the technician who said this realize it’s a different transmission than the 19-23 Rangers? The previous Gen has the 10r80 and the new model has the 10r60. So hopefully they’ll not be the same...
