I think that would likely help, but what seemed to help mine was to drive around in Eco mode for a couple of days and going easy on the accelerator. That seemed to tame the adaptive leaning so that normal mode had less pronounced shifts.

That's good. Mine seems less noticeable, but not gone.

I think that's attributed to the 10 speed favoring higher gears to save fuel. The six speed in my old Tacoma did the same thing.

Get some touch up paint - Scratches Happen is the best I've found. Then apply some clear door edge guard (XPel is excellent and cheap on Amazon) to the edge of the hood so you don't accidentally do it again.

Which sport bar is that? It looks good.
