  2. 265/70/18 anyone running this size on 2025 Ranger?

No. I thought that I might have to, but my Speedometer is over-reporting by 2mph (if it says 40mph, I'm actually only going 38mph) so I left it alone. Bigger tires should have made it under-report, so it must have been over-reporting by about 3mph with the stock tires (I got new tires the same...

  5. USB drive

FAT32 works for me, and is backwards compatible with lots of older devices. No problems/issues with FAT32.
  6. USB drive

FAT32 is indeed limited to 4GB - for individual File Size. I think the Drive Size limitation is somewhere around 2TB.
  7. USB drive

Hmmm . . . maybe something has changed since I last formatted my 64GB USB Thumb Drives to FAT32, but the entire 64GB is there and available, full of music files, and working fine. It works for me anyway. (^ That was subtle sarcasm)
  8. USB drive

Yes, Windows 10/11 no longer has the option to format to 'FAT32'. Here's a free Utility that I use to format my USB Thumb Drives to 'FAT32' : https://fat32format-gui.en.lo4d.com/windows This is not an installer, it's just a small Utility Program that you can download & use for free. Just be...
  9. USB drive

Most likely it is the USB Thumb Drive formatting - wrong format, and it will not be recognized. If memory serves me right, it needs to be formatted 'Fat32' ; but someone else here might know more about it than I can remember. Good luck with it.
  10. 4L on dry surface

Your Transmission will be fine. It is your Transfer Case that will be damaged - possibly catastrophic damage, and BIG $$$ to replace ! Doing what you describe having done, just a little bit, isn't going to hurt anything. But if that continues for a significant distance, then that could be very...

  19. Transmission issues with less than 500 miles

They are virtually identical, differing only in the amount of torque they can handle. The 10R60 can handle slightly less torque than the 10R80.
  20. Transmission issues with less than 500 miles

Mine does the same thing - goes from 1st to 3rd when it is cold. Once it warms up it uses all of the gears. I'm guessing that is just the way it is programmed to shift when it is cold. Why? I don't understand - it makes no sense to me. But my Tranny shifts like a dream once it is warmed up, so...
