Hmmm . . . maybe something has changed since I last formatted my 64GB USB Thumb Drives to FAT32, but the entire 64GB is there and available, full of music files, and working fine.
It works for me anyway.

Most likely it is the USB Thumb Drive formatting - wrong format, and it will not be recognized.
If memory serves me right, it needs to be formatted 'Fat32' ; but someone else here might know more about it than I can remember.

Mine does the same thing - goes from 1st to 3rd when it is cold.
Once it warms up it uses all of the gears.
I'm guessing that is just the way it is programmed to shift when it is cold.
Why? I don't understand - it makes no sense to me.
