You read my mind. That and have a higher MPG option.... otherwise it is already out for me. I am currently watching the Ranger and Tacoma and specifically wanting more rear legroom and a hybrid option.... it it doesn't pan out then I'm going with Maverick
Looks pretty good to me. I really like the interior... way nicer than the Ranger IMO.
Curios to hear MPG since they are doing away with diesel because 'similar' numbers with new engines. Do we think they can do 20/28? And of course would like to know the rear sear room. Wheelbase 3 inches...
It's interesting that you mention this because the maverick although has a smaller area for payload it actually rivals half ton's etc, and in some cases beats them. I'm not familiar with Australian specs but I am going by my area.
You might find this video interesting.
But again, it is...
Right and I'm not buying to tow things, if someone is towing on a regular basis then the Maverick is not the vehicle for them. What "truck" things specifically is less capable other than towing? 90% of trucks in the states are not going off road. If you regularly go off road I am unsure why you...
Yeah, I was able to sit in one at a recent auto show and liked it a lot. I would rather a truck for my next vehicle, but it that doesn't work out the Sienna is at the top of the list, I think I would rather have that than another small CUV
Ha ha, yeah I am odd, I've always thought minivans were cool, now in our 40's and never had any kids the wife is still like 'no way!' to a minivan but I think it would be great. The practicality of them has always made me like them. I'm not looking for anything fast, just enough to merge and...
Yep, the Maverick has more legroom than the current Ranger as well. Personally I have been in all the midsizers and that has been the thing that has stopped me from buying one. I regularly (pre COVID) had people in my back seat so it kills me that the small suv's have more legroom than the...
Yes that is correct, it's a 6.5', sorry I wasn't being more specific as I generally call them 5 or 6 foot beds.
I knew others offered this but was thinking they were just the longer bed and not an extended wheelbase, but I did look and see that was incorrect. But yeah again it is a very small...
The cost is better for a second frame? If there is a larger cab it will be a US only thing (has to be different more than the bumper right) and the bed itself will be the variable. My guess is we will find out for sure in a few months
Yeah initially the story on autoblog said 'long cab' and it did look longer, but then comparing pictures it isn't as obvious. Only time will tell for sure, but my hope is the US cab is larger and we are just seeing it for the first time on a long bed version. My guess is this will be the...
Personally, I am fine with the shorter 5' bed, but the longer cab is a must for me.... that's why I don't currently have a midsize truck, not enough room in that back seat for any adults unless the driver is short.
