It’s so frustrating, as the same roller shutter I had on my gen1 RR was so good, but this one is so sh!te 😩 We had a V6 Wildtrak as a courtesy with the Ford electric shutter, that thing let in one drop through a 4 hour storm, but I don’t want to go get robbed by Ford 😫😫😫

No, it just starts the truck, but if you want to turn it off you can open the app and use the slider to do so

You need to download the Ford app to use the action button btw, then you can shut it off too.

You can shut it off via the app still, but it’s on a timer anyway, between 5 & 15 minutes depending on what you set it to

Just in case anyone was interested, got a 17 Pro earlier today, decided to reassign the action button. To my surprise you can remote start the truck with it if you have the Ford app - enjoy!

Thanks mate, did see these, but with 2 adults and a Tentbox it takes it over the 150kg weight limit annoyingly. Need something to attach to the bed really, with maybe a 200kg limit?

My issue is more the mounting onto the bed top/through the caps. The ones in your picture slot into the roof rails, wouldn’t work in this instance. If Ford are going to put 20+ holes in the tops of the metal of each bed side for accessories (and make the bed as watertight as a siv as a result)...
