I’m at 26k miles and the tires still have excellent tread (not sure of the depth), but uneven wear on the edges (balanced fine and perfectly aligned), and they got insanely loud at about 20k miles.

I did the Assault on Friday, then drove down to St George to visit Zion and the tons of offroad trails in the area. I’m visiting American Adventure Labs tomorrow to get my seat delete and some other goodies. After that, I’m headed back home via New Mexico for some mountain biking and camping...

You should be just fine. They’ll give you the option again when you arrive. The lady at the desk said about 80% opt for the insurance. I got it for peace of mind, but it probably wasn’t necessary.

I’ve looked at the F250 Tremor while waiting on service. They’re great looking trucks, and there seem to be a lot more of them. You can probably negotiate a decent price, but likely won’t have as good of a resale value.

My topper is very similar from Nghtowl Offroad, out of Austin Tx. It was super easy to assemble and install. FYI…the swingout is a test fit from Backwoods Adventure Mods. They’re planning to bring them to the market soon.

Got it fixed! The service manager personally did the alignment and found a loose bolt that was the culprit.

The crazy thing is, it’s now pulling to the left when the wheel is still crooked to the right.

That’s correct. It was straight when I left the lot. There’s no slack…doesn’t feel like anything is loose, but now it’s off about an inch to the right again, and pulling slightly to the left.

It took a while, but got the Nghtowl offroad topper, and put on some Method 316s last week.

It’s all coming together nicely.
