No problem. I think the super sliders with insert will not protrude as much as the stock running boards but with the insert could probably be used as a step up if needed. I don’t really use the step up either. It’s more for other people

Maybe not a good idea for the oil inside. They are generally designed to have one way facing up. Mine started doing this after I added a tailgate seal kit for some reason.

How does the roof liner seem after putting everything back in place? Saggy at all? Or not wanting to return to original shape? Mine just seems so stiff

Is there a rubber gasket seal on that Morimoto light? Was it plug and play or did you tap the original brake light wire harness? I ask because I was going to install a Recon light but that double white clip holding the wire harness connector had no play. I never was able to pull that wire out...

The bracket may not interfere but the long strip that runs down adjacent to the bracket would. It could potentially just be cut and sacrifice that portion. I guess looking at it more the small side strip on the tailgate may or may not interfere also with the damper when the gate is fully...

This will interfere with the strut damper on the passenger side for soft open of the tailgate FYI
